Article 74 - Retention of Records
The types of records, accounting books, financial statements required to be kept and maintained in accordance with Article 25 of the Law include the following:
Balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
Records of wages and salaries.
Records of fixed assets.
Inventory records and accounts.
Documents supporting the entries in the accounting records, commercial books, and Tax Return including all of the following:
Correspondence, invoices, licenses and contracts.
Documents containing the details of any calculation made in accordance with the provisions of the Law and these Regulations including the basis and method of the calculation.
Any additional records or documents specified by the Bureau.
