A fine of five thousand Kuwaiti Dinars shall be imposed to any person who, by virtue of their position, duties, or work, is involved in assessing or collecting the tax prescribed by this law, or in resolving disputes related to the same, to disclose any information concerning the taxpayers, except in cases permitted by law.
