Article 24 of the Executive Regulation of Federal Decree-Law No. 7 of 2017 on Excise Tax, issued by Cabinet Decision No. 37 of 2017, is the repealing provision of the Decision. It states that all provisions violating or conflicting with the provisions of this Decision are hereby cancelled. The Article therefore resolves any inconsistency between the Executive Regulation and earlier instruments dealing with the same subject matter, ensuring that the registration, Designated Zone, refund and record keeping rules set out in this Decision prevail.
