Article 87 - Conflict of Interest

It is prohibited for any employee of the Bureau to carry out or participate in any procedures related to a natural or legal person in the following cases:

  1. There is a familial relationship up to the fourth degree between the employee and the concerned natural person or any of the partners or owners of the legal person.

  2. There is an interest or material relationship of any kind between the employee and the concerned natural person or any of their relatives up to the third degree or any of the partners or owners of the legal person.
