Chapter 8 - Administrative Procedures

Article 85 - Calculation of Deadlines

  1. When calculating the deadlines stipulated in the Law and these Regulations, the day the notification is sent or the day the event triggering the timeline occurs shall not be included within the specified timeframe. The timelines specified in months expire on the corresponding day of the last month of the timeline. If there is no corresponding day, the timeline ends on the last day of that month.

  2. If the last day of the timeline falls on an official holiday, the timeline is extended to the next working day.

  3. All references to days and months in the Law and these Regulations shall be construed as calendar days and months and shall be calculated in accordance with the Gregorian calendar.
